Meet the Executive Coach
Hi, I'm Alicia.
I love working with high-performers that want to push their limits and move their business and leadership skills forward. I believe in the power of the abundance mindset and that kindling genuine connection between people changes lives.
As a wife, mother, and business owner, I know first hand what it is like to juggle ALL the things. It's because of this experience that I started Arrow Alliance to help other women and leaders get clear on their values and start creating work life flexibility to truly thrive at work and at home.
I am an advocate for and believer in the power of evidence-based practices and the concept that there is always a reason to why we do what we do. I take the heart, head, hand approach to leadership development and work with clients to gain clarity on what’s happening internally and externally.
Education
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a Columbia Credentialed Professional Executive Coach (CCPEC), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. I am also an affiliate leadership coach for Butler University Lacy School of Business MBA Program.
